National Sales Manager
Eric leads training and development initiatives, such as the DiSC-based sales model and multimedia training modules. Eric helps communicate and integrate company goals, policies, and award incentives among the managers and dealers who bring the Maximum Farming System to the farm. His primary focus is to support the growth of the Ag Spectrum independent dealer network. He came to Ag Spectrum in 2009 after serving as a regional manager for Precision Planting, where he worked with 250 dealers in 27 states, supervising corn planter part sales. Eric was raised on a diverse crop and livestock operation, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Ag Economics from University of Missouri. Previously, he worked 13 years with Farmland Industries and as a private consultant to ag retailers.
Keegan joined the Ag Spectrum team in April 2017, and has taken on the District Sales Manager role serving the states of Indiana and Michigan. Keegan has a family farming background, combined with extensive experience developing sales distribution channels in the agriculture industry. His experience working directly with growers and dealers will be an asset to existing Ag Spectrum Area Managers and Associates and will help drive adoption of the Maximum Farming System in Indiana and Michigan at the grower level. Keegan has a diverse sales background in agriculture that pivots primarily on seed and technology services. Most recently, Keegan worked in an independent business development capacity representing Dow Agrosciences and their Brodbeck Seed brand. Here, Keegan was recognized as a sales leader and won multiple awards for new dealer development and new business generation. Prior, Keegan sold Pioneer seed as part of his family’s agency which continues today. He also held a leadership role with Monsanto and the Channel brand where he worked directly with growers and developed new dealer distribution.
Andy joined Ag Spectrum as a District Sales Manager in August 2015 and serves our Associates in Ohio. Andy received his bachelor’s degree in Crop Science from The Ohio State University where he also studied Ag Business and Applied Economics. During this time he worked in Indiana for Crop Pro-Tech Inc. After graduating, Andy worked in production agriculture with a large corn and soybean grower in Central Ohio. Eventually, he took the position of District Sales Manager for Stewart Seeds, where he prospected, provided agronomic support regarding seed placement and provided growers with customer service, developing a new territory in Ohio. Since that time, he has held sales, agronomy, and sales management roles with Monsanto, Syngenta, and most recently with AgReliant Genetics, where he served as the Regional Team Leader with Great Lakes Hybrids for six DSM’s in Ohio. Andy and his wife Carrie reside in Centerburg, Ohio with their six year old daughter, Danica.
Pat joined Ag Spectrum as the newest District Manager in June 2016. A native of central Illinois, Pat was raised on a crop and livestock farm in the small town of Macon. His passion for agriculture led him to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he majored in Agricultural Economics with concentrations in Farm Management and Agricultural Marketing.A career change led Tomlinson to join DuPont Pioneer, where he has worked for the past 37 years. Tomlinson brings with him an extensive background in sales, leadership, training, and a high regard for customer service. Pat resides in Mt. Zion, Illinois with his wife, Julie. In his spare time he enjoys spending time his family, which includes two adult daughters and their husbands, as well as three grandchildren.
Greg joined the Ag Spectrum team in 2011 and provides leadership and support for Ag Spectrum associates in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Prior to joining Ag Spectrum, Greg was editor of Ag Web, the website division of Farm Journal Media. He first joined the group as editor of their magazine, Top Producer, in 2007. Greg’s passion for serving agriculture began at a young age while accompanying his father (a writer for Successful Farming magazine) on business trips where he experienced various types of agriculture. Growing up, Greg worked on his uncle’s farm in southeastern Iowa during the summer months before earning a degree in Agriculture Journalism from Iowa State University. He began his career working in ag marketing with advertising agencies and is the former editor of Dealer & Applicator, a magazine for fertilizer and chemical retailers.
Rob joined the Ag Spectrum team as a District Manager in June of 2014. Rob came to us after working with Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. for 6 years. as both a farm manager coordinator and an account manager. Rob received a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Iowa State University and his MBA from the University of Iowa. Rob is active in the Iowa 4-H foundation serving as a board member, and is a Polk County Fair board member. Rob and has family are also very active in the meat goat industry in Iowa and Rob is currently serving as the President of the Iowa Meat Goat Association. With over 25 years of relationship-based sales and management experience, Rob will be able to provide valuable support to Area Managers and Associates in western Iowa.
